The site manager
A daily diary from your site photos, and a RAMS pack drafted from the same evidence.
Ewa runs a housing site. The diary has to exist every day, and the RAMS pack has to match what's actually on site.
How it works
- Walk the site at breakfast. Photos in, three spoken lines per area.
- The day's diary drafts itself, dated and sectioned.
- When the method changes, re-photograph and draft the RAMS pack from the same evidence.
Report types used: Site daily diary · RAMS from site photos.
- Dry, 9°C. 6 on site. Blockwork to plot 14 east elevation completed; scaffold inspection passed 08:40 (photo 3). Concrete blinding to plot 15 oversite (photos 5–7).
- Bricks (2 packs) 10:15. Building control visited plot 15, 11:00 — passed for oversite.
Dated and sectioned
The day's diary drafts itself from your walk-round photos.
- Scaffold-mounted blockwork, plots 14–15.
- Work at height — scaffold per inspection (photo 3); manual handling — blocks hoisted, 2-person lift rule; falling objects — brick guards fitted (photo 4).
